The dry film granulator is divided into dry and wet types, with different models. It involves sorting waste plastics, sending the waste burlap into a shredder for crushing, then cleaning it through an abrasive washing machine. The cleaned material is placed in a washing pool for rinsing to separate impurities, which settle out. The required shredded burlap is then retrieved using a material recovery machine for later use. The rinsed material is fed into the granulator's main unit via a feeding machine, where it undergoes extrusion, conveying, tumbling, and heating to achieve uniform plasticization and extrusion. After passing through a secondary extruder and cooling, the material is cut into granules.
