Introduction to Steel Grating
Steel grating, also known as steel grate or grating panel, is焊接 from flat steel and twisted steel. Durable and cost-effective compared to other products, steel grating is primarily used in power plant platforms, parking lot platforms, maintenance platforms, trench covers, and tread plates. It is also used in environmental protection equipment and wastewater treatment. Steel grating is widely applied in various fields such as petrochemicals, electricity, water supply, wastewater treatment, ports, construction decoration, shipbuilding, self-propelled parking lots, municipal engineering, and environmental sanitation projects, including platforms, walkways, gangways, trench covers, manholes, ladders, fences, and more.
Stainless Steel Grating Cover
Stainless steel grating plates, also known as stair tread plates, steel stair tread plates, or stair treads, are a type of stairboard used on platforms. They can be installed using either welding or bolt connections, with welded treads being directly welded onto the stair beam.
Overview
Welded fixed tread plates, directly welded to the ladder beam; no need for side panels for the tread plates, offering a cost-effective solution. However, they are not easy to disassemble. Tread plates with bolt fixation require reinforced side panels, with holes pre-drilled for easy installation and reuse. Customers can customize according to their specific needs, using suitable steel grating panels to create various sizes to match the corresponding staircase.
Features and Applications
(1) The installation of the step board is extremely simple and does not require complex assembly.
(2) Excellent ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, explosion-proof, and anti-slip properties.
(3) High strength, lightweight structure, and durable tread plates.
(4) Extremely easy to maintain and prevent buildup of dirt.
Tread plates have a wide range of applications. They are extensively used in power plants, waterworks, and other industrial facilities, as well as on platforms and walkways in municipal projects and environmental protection projects. They are also commonly found on ground platforms in large venues such as cinemas, visitor platforms, and parking lots.
