Introduction to Steel Grating
Steel grating, also known as steel grating panel or grating board, is made by welding flat steel and twisted steel. Durable and cost-effective compared to other products, steel grating is primarily used in power plant platforms, parking lots, maintenance platforms, trench covers, and step boards. It is also used in environmental protection equipment and wastewater treatment. Stainless Steel Grating Cover Plates
Stainless steel channel covers, also known as stair tread plates, steel stair tread plates, or tread plates, are a type of stairboard used on platforms. They are available in two installation methods: welded connections and bolted connections. Welded tread plates can be directly welded onto the stair beam.
Overview
Welded fixed tread plates, directly welded to the ladder beam; no need for side plates on the sides of the tread plates, more economical but not easily removable. Tread plates with bolt fixation require thicker side plates, with holes pre-drilled for direct bolt installation, allowing for reuse and recycling. Customers can customize according to their specific needs, using suitable steel grating panels to create various sizes to match the corresponding staircase.
