Platform Steel Grating

Platform steel grating is a widely applicable product in the steel grating plate category. It is primarily used for platforms in factories, workshops, mining, and ports, offering aesthetic appeal, ease of installation, and is a new, upgraded building product.

1. Kick plates (edge plates) and patterned board guards can be additionally welded around the steel grating, along with the installation of connecting components and other accessories.

2. Utilize flanges with different specifications than the扁钢 used for the steel grating, or use angle iron, channel steel, square tubes, etc., for edging.

3. Handles and hinges can be installed on the platform steel grating panels that require frequent movement or opening.

4. Generally speaking: The welding standard for the edge of platform steel grating panels is as follows: Series 1, weld one out of every five; Series 2, weld one out of every four; Series 3, weld one out of every three. The weld is a single-sided angle weld of not less than 3mm, with a length of 20mm.
