The base and beam are both designed with a box-type structure, optimized through finite element analysis. Prior to full steel welding, pre-welding machining on a milling machine ensures there are no gaps between plates. Post-welding, the residual stress is relieved in a tempering furnace, resulting in excellent overall rigidity and good precision retention.
The front and rear movement (Y1 axis) of the knife holder, the up and down movement (Z axis), and the forward and rear movement (Y2 axis) of the end pressure material are all controlled by a CNC system, driven by an AC servo motor and transmitted by ball screw, featuring high control accuracy and precise positioning. The lateral movement (X axis) of the beam is driven by an AC variable-frequency speed motor, transmitted by helical gears and racks, characterized by high speed and strong load-bearing capacity.
Utilizing a hydraulic pressure feeding system, it can adaptively apply pressure to the backside of the workpiece and before cutting, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the sheet material and protecting the environment and temperature. It is one of the effective measures to ensure processing accuracy and repeatability.
Compressed air blowing and cooling systems prevent chip waste from scratching workpiece surfaces and extend tool life by cooling the cutting tools.
