Far-infrared heating tubes are made of milky white quartz glass tubes processed with special technology, paired with resistive materials as the heating element. The milky white quartz glass can absorb almost all visible light and near-infrared light from the electric heating wire radiation, converting it into far-infrared radiation. However, industrial infrared heating tubes have basically phased out the milky white quartz tubes due to their brittle nature, which prevents the formation of long milky white heating tubes. Moreover, the milky white has a light-blocking effect, hindering its heat transfer. Because of the high wall temperature, they are only suitable for near-infrared heating.
Technical Features:
No infrared coating required; excellent spectral radiation matching and absorption characteristics, with long-term use maintaining stable radiation performance. High electrical to thermal conversion efficiency; approximately 30% more energy-efficient than standard heating elements.
2. High operating temperatures with a wide selection range. Among them, the ceramic cap encapsulated type can withstand temperatures up to 800°C.
3. Fast heating, low thermal inertia, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant, excellent thermal-chemical stability, long service life, and high insulation strength.
4. Non-polluting, this is a clean-type heater that meets the demands of modern high-paced and high-quality production, suitable for household appliances with stringent hygiene requirements.
5. Design, manufacturing, and installation are extremely convenient and cost-effective with safety assured.
