The flanges of heating pipes are generally divided into threaded flanges and flat flanges. Threaded flanges commonly come in sizes of 1", 1.2", 1.5", and 2" with the latter being most frequently used. Threaded flange pipes are generally suitable for low-power heating, with power settings usually ranging from a few to a dozen kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and are designed with different power ratings according to customer requirements. Generally, high-power heating pipes use flat flanges, ranging from a few to several hundred kilowatts. The surface power is 2 to 4 times that of air heating surface loads.
Process: The majority of heating tube flanges are manufactured using tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, a fastening device can be used, where each heating tube is welded with fasteners. These are then securely fastened to the flange cover with nuts. The tubes are焊接 to the fasteners using TIG welding, ensuring no leaks. A scientific process is employed for sealing the fastener joints.
Features: Mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulation systems, it features a high surface power, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
