Threaded flange pipes are generally suitable for low-power heating, typically set between a few kilowatts and ten or so kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200. They are designed to accommodate different power requirements as per the customer's specifications. Flat flange heating tubes, which are commonly used for high power, range from a few kilowatts to several hundred kilowatts. They have a surface power that is 2 to 4 times that of air heating surface loads.

Process: The majority of法兰heating tubes are manufactured using TIG welding to connect the electric heating tube to the flange for centralized heating. Alternatively, a fastening device can be used, where each heating tube is welded with a fastener. It is then securely fastened to the flange cover with a nut. The tubes are welded to the fasteners using TIG welding, ensuring no leakage. A scientific process is employed for sealing the fastener joints.

Features: Primarily used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulating systems, it boasts a high surface power, which results in a surface load for air heating 2 to 4 times greater than conventional methods.
