Overview:
Traditional water supply methods are inseparable from reservoirs, where the water is typically supplied by the public water network. This means that water with pressure from the network enters the reservoir and becomes zero, then it starts from zero to be pressurized again, resulting in a significant waste of electrical energy. The bladder-type air pressure tank is an ideal energy-saving solution. It is a device that can be directly connected to the public water network without causing secondary water supply, and it directly overlays water supply on the basis of the municipal network pressure, saving energy. It also boasts many advantages, such as full-sealed design, small footprint, quick installation, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
Application Range:
1. High-rise buildings, residential complexes, and villas for domestic water supply.
2. Daily water supply for institutions, hotels, office buildings, department stores, schools, sports stadiums, golf courses, airports, and other facilities.
3. Production manufacturing, washing equipment, food industry, factory, and mining and industrial water supply.
4. Other: Retrofitting of old water tank supply and other forms of water supply.
Installation Requirements:
Before installation, carefully inspect the pump body for any hard particles to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. Do not add pipe stress to the pump during installation to avoid deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the base bolts to prevent vibration during startup from affecting the pump's performance.
4. Install regulating valves on the pump's inlet and outlet piping, and install a pressure gauge near the pump's outlet to control the pump's operation within the rated conditions, ensuring normal pump usage.
5. If a check valve is installed in the drainage pipeline, it should be placed outside of the gate valve.
6. Pump installation methods include rigid connection and flexible connection.
