Product Overview
IntroductionThe City Sludge Slurry Leaf Dryer is a dryer that allows materials (organic, inorganic particles or powdery materials) to come into direct contact with rotating hollow wedge-shaped heating elements for heat transfer. It does not require air as a heating medium; the air used is merely a carrier, with the purpose of carrying away the evaporated steam.
Overview:
A city sludge mud slurry leaf dryer is a dryer that facilitates heat transfer by allowing the material (organic, inorganic particles or powders) to come into direct contact with a rotating hollow wedge-shaped heating element. It does not require air as a heating medium; the air used is merely a carrier, with the purpose of carrying away the evaporated steam.
Features:
1. Capable of handling materials with high moisture content.
2. Low gas consumption, minimal dust, no need for dust collectors or similar auxiliary equipment.
3. The blades feature self-cleaning capabilities. The oblique motion of the rotating blades exerts a diffusing force on the material layer, automatically clearing away the material stuck on the heating surface.
4. High thermal conductivity and high thermal efficiency.
5. Easy to operate.
6. The machine features a compact structure with minimal footprint.
Primary Uses and Suitable Materials:
1. Heating:
Polypropylene resin, vinyl chloride resin, sugar, and the preheating of organic and inorganic substances, as well as food sterilization.
2. Dry:
Drying of organic substances such as polyvinyl chloride resin, nylon beads, starch, salt, various filter cakes, etc., solvent recovery from chemical products like polyethylene and polypropylene, and recovery of components such as rice bran and soybeans.
3. Cooling:
Gypsum, iron oxide, sodium hydroxide, soda ash, sodium sulfate, table salt, sugar, starch, nylon pellets, polystyrene, etc.
4. Key Application Examples:
(1) Heating materials such as: synthetic resins, phenolic resins, and tobacco.
(2) For sterilization, such as: bacterial bodies
(3) Used for drying, such as synthetic resins, calcium carbonate nanomaterials, aluminum hydroxide, diatomite, mirabilite, etc.
