3. The blades feature self-cleaning capabilities. The oblique movement of the rotating blades exerts a diffusing force on the material layer, automatically clearing away any material stuck on the heating surface.

Primary Uses and Applicable Materials:
1. Heating:
Polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, sugar, and preheating of organic and inorganic substances, as well as food sterilization.
2. Dryness:
Drying of organic substances such as polyvinyl chloride resins, nylon beads, starch, salt, various filter cakes, solvent recovery of chemical products like polyethylene and polypropylene, and recovery of components such as rice bran and soybeans.
3. Cooling:
Gypsum, iron oxide, sodium hydroxide, soda ash, mirabilite, salt, sugar, starch, nylon pellets, polystyrene, and other organic and inorganic substances.
4. Key Application Examples:
(1) For heating purposes: synthetic resins, phenolic resins, tobacco.
(2) For sterilization, such as: microbial bodies
(3) Used for drying, such as synthetic resins, calcium carbonate nanomaterials, aluminum hydroxide, diatomite, sodium sulfate, etc.
