Product Overview
IntroductionA flash dryer is a type of dryer that transfers heat directly to the material (organic, inorganic granules or powdered material) by contacting it with a rotating hollow wedge-shaped heating element. It does not require air as the heating medium; the air used is merely a carrier, with the purpose of carrying away the evaporated steam.
Overview:
A flash dryer is a drying machine that allows the material (organic, inorganic granular or powdered material) to come into direct contact with a rotating hollow wedge-shaped heating element for heat transfer. It does not require air as a heating medium; the air used is merely a carrier, with the purpose of carrying away the steam evaporated.
Features:
1. Capable of handling materials with high moisture content.
2. Low gas consumption, minimal dust, no need for dust collector auxiliary equipment.
3. The blades feature self-cleaning capabilities. The oblique motion of the rotating blades exerts a diffusing force on the material layer, automatically clearing the layer stuck on the heating surface.
4. High thermal conductivity, high thermal efficiency.
5. Easy to operate.
6. The machine features a compact structure and a small footprint.
Primary Uses and Suitable Materials:
1. Heating:
Preheating of organic and inorganic substances such as polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, and sugar, as well as sterilization of food.
2. Dry:
Drying of organic materials such as polyvinyl chloride resins, nylon beads, starch, salt, various filter cakes, solvent recovery from chemical products like polyethylene and polypropylene, and recovery of ingredients such as rice bran and soybeans.
3. Cooling:
Gypsum, iron oxide, sodium hydroxide, soda ash, mirabilite, salt, sugar, starch, nylon pellets, polystyrene, and other organic and inorganic substances.
4. Main Application Examples:
(1) Heat-applicable materials, such as: synthetic resin, phenolic resin, tobacco.
(2) Used for sterilization, such as: bacterial bodies
(3) Used for drying, such as: synthetic resins, calcium carbonate nanometer, aluminum hydroxide, diatomite, inorganic products, mirabilite, etc.
(4) Cooling applications such as inorganic products, etc.
