The ZF Vacuum Pump Station, also known as a vacuum generator, vacuum pressure station, etc., is a complete system consisting of one or two water ring vacuum pumps as the vacuum acquisition equipment and a vacuum tank as the vacuum storage equipment. For applications that frequently use a vacuum source but require a relatively small amount of suction, the system's direct use of the vacuum pump significantly saves energy and extends the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
The equipment is widely used in vacuum stations in the chemical industry, filling systems in the light industry, negative pressure molding of rubber and plastic components in the automotive industry, impregnation of flame-retardant conveyor belts in coal mines, and vacuum sources in the casting industry (V-method, VRH, V-EPC).
Working Principle:
Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (e.g., the upper limit at -0.08 Mpa, the lower limit at -0.06 Mpa). After starting the system, one vacuum pump begins to operate until the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank exceeds the upper limit of -0.08 Mpa, at which point the pump automatically stops. The vacuum check valve in the tank also closes automatically. If, due to operational requirements, the vacuum level inside the vacuum pipe drops below the lower limit of -0.06 MPa, the second vacuum pump automatically starts until the vacuum level in the tank reaches the upper limit of -0.08 MPa again. This cycle repeats, maintaining the vacuum level between the upper and lower limits. If, due to high gas volume requirements, the vacuum level inside the tank falls below the lower limit for an extended period and a single pump cannot bring the vacuum level above the lower limit, the second pump will automatically start until it exceeds the upper limit.
Performance Features:
The device can be fully automated from its first startup. During operation, the vacuum level within the vacuum system fluctuates within the allowed range, and this range can be adjusted according to user requirements.
The device automatically controls the system without human operation and can automatically seal the vacuum system during power outages.
The device is equipped with an air-water separator, thereby saving water resources and reducing environmental pollution.
