Features

The SW-2000D (IP) Dispatching System is a new-generation command and dispatching system that utilizes IP communication technology to achieve dispatching through multimedia means. By integrating various business systems, it enhances the intelligence and automation of command and dispatching. The system meets the emergency dispatch and safe production scheduling needs of numerous industries such as military units, public security, fire fighting, civil defense, highways, railways, airports, ports, environment, and petrochemicals. It boasts numerous technical advantages not found in traditional dispatching systems, including large-capacity, cross-regional distributed deployment, multi-network integration, multi-service integration, rapid network formation, and comprehensive audio-visual dispatching.

Robust integrated communication command and dispatch capabilities

• The system employs a professional-grade softswitch server architecture, supporting scheduling, switching, and conferencing functions.

• The system accesses wired, wireless, broadcast, and other communication devices, as well as video monitoring equipment, via IP networks and various gateway devices.

• The system facilitates various dispatch operations such as single call, conference, broadcast, force call, and force insert via a touch screen dispatch console.

• Interoperable with the existing IPPBX via SIP trunking to E1, and with the existing programmable PBX through E1 trunking or FXO loopback trunking.

•The system connects to the simulation cluster, digital cluster, and shortwave radio stations through a cluster gateway.

• Through interfacing with a repeater or vehicle-mounted radio, various terminals within the system can communicate with the wireless trunking system in half-duplex/full-duplex mode for dispatching.

Robust audio and video broadcasting and scheduling capabilities

• The system connects to network recorders, IP cameras, and video service groups via video access gateways.

• Video signals can be monitored through a multimedia dispatch console, capable of联动 with telephones, mobile phones, and other voice terminals.

•Operations through the dispatch console allow for scheduling and forwarding of video images. They can be transmitted to large screens, IP video conferencing smart notebooks, and other terminal devices.

• The system interfaces with the broadcasting system via an audio broadcast gateway, allowing for either manual or pre-arranged operations.Save File Broadcast

• Access to pure audio equipment such as consoles via an audio gateway.

• The system accesses 3G terminals such as individual 3G devices, PADs, and smartphones via the 3G network, enabling video transmission, real-time voice communication, and 3G trunked radio intercom functions.
