The rock loader features high rock-loading efficiency, simple structure, good reliability, easy operation, and a wide range of applications. It can be used not only in horizontal tunnels but also in inclined tunnels with an angle of less than 30°, and is a primary equipment for increasing tunneling speed and achieving mechanization in tunnel excavation.
1. The rock loader can freely perform a variety of operations, such as loading rocks, removing hazardous rocks, roofing, trimming, and trenching, etc. Its pusher plate mechanism allows for more concentrated material handling and easier loading.
2. Suitable for underground mining and the recovery of valuable minerals, and for loading minerals into ore carts. Additionally, it can be used to transport loose materials on the surface.
3. Ore loading can be conducted not only in上山 and下山 tunnels below 30°, but also in parallel with the excavation process.
4. The rock drilling machine is equipped with crawler movement. All moving auxiliary parts, including the crawler plates and pin sleeves, have been quenched for extended service life and wear resistance. The tensioning crawler device is easy to adjust.
5. The bucket is made of special material, featuring high strength, wear resistance, and a long service life.
Types and Operating Conditions of Bucket Loaders Bucket loaders are another important type of loader used in rock tunnel excavation. They are equipped with a bucket, which can be rear or side discharge, depending on the method of unloading the rock it has collected. Some directly load into ore cars, while others first transfer to a reclaimer before being loaded onto a vehicle. The walking mechanisms include track, tire, and crawler types. In China, coal mines commonly use track-type walking rear discharge bucket loaders and crawler walking side discharge bucket loaders. Bucket loaders are generally used in horizontal tunnels or inclined tunnels with an inclination of less than 8° underground, and can handle hard or loose rock with a maximum size of 200 to 250mm. They are suitable for single or double-track tunnels with a height of not less than 2.2 meters and a cross-sectional area of more than 7.5 square meters. Their electrical equipment is explosion-proof, allowing their use in mines with risks of gas and coal dust explosions.
