Circuit breaker cabinet classification
Panelboards are segmented into different levels when used in large power supply systems for enhanced distribution control.
Generally, there are primary, secondary, and low-level levels within the power supply system, encompassing these three levels of distribution equipment.
Primary distribution switchgear serves as the power distribution center of the power supply system, installed within substation facilities, responsible for distributing electrical energy to secondary distribution switchgear. The functional requirements of primary distribution switchgear necessitate high electrical parameters, thus resulting in a more complex structure and larger output circuit capacity.
The secondary distribution box receives electrical power from the primary distribution box and distributes it to the nearest loads. Their application locations are opposite; power distribution boxes are used in areas with fewer circuits and scattered loads, while motor control centers are applied in areas with more circuits and concentrated loads.
Low-grade distribution panels include lighting and power distribution panels, which are more scattered in arrangement and have smaller capacities. They are responsible for controlling the distribution of low-grade loads.
The application of distribution panels
A switchgear cabinet is a complete set of switchgear and control equipment, serving as a power center and main distribution unit. Primarily used for controlling, monitoring, measuring, and protecting power lines and major electrical equipment. Commonly installed in substation and distribution rooms.

Surge protector
Also known as a surge protector, it is an electronic device that provides safety protection for various electronic equipment, instruments, and communication lines.
Surge protectors can quickly shunt excess current or voltage spikes in electrical circuits or communication lines caused by external interference, thereby preventing damage to other equipment within the circuit.

The wiring in distribution panels is intricate, with each cable connecting to different component units, each serving a distinct function. Installers and maintenance staff cannot memorize all the equipment and circuits individually. It is necessary to label each cable for ease of installation and inspection.

2. Then, print the serial numbers onto the PVC serial number tags using a serial number printer.
3. Cut to the required length as specified.
