Gas (fuel) thermal oil boiler, fueled by gas, fuel oil, or ethanol, using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, serves as a high-temperature heat source for environments below 350℃. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, and high thermal energy utilization. An optional steam generator is available, producing saturated steam below 1.3MPa for user application.
This boiler features intelligent control for particularly convenient and simple operation. The controller features a simulated screen display, centralized processing, and includes automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of the circulating pump, as well as automatic fault handling and alarm functions.
Structural Features
1. Utilizing a wet-back reciprocating three-pass boiler structure, the boiler top features a dome pipe, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall, increasing the radiant heating surface area, and enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.
2. Operating under micro-positive pressure, the combustion intensity in the furnace is effectively increased, resulting in a smaller volume for boilers of the same capacity and enhancing their thermal efficiency.
3. Utilizing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, optimally utilizing flame and flue gas heat exchange to ensure reliable boiler operation and adequate cooling.
4. Utilizing condensation technology, effectively reduced the exhaust gas temperature.
5. Utilizing rational structural design and superior fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials, significantly reduces the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), thereby minimizing heat loss.
6. Featuring a new design that reduces harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, meeting the nation's low nitrogen oxide emission standards.
