Cautionary Notes:

Vacuum pump oil can maintain its quality for up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.

* After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 operating hours. (Note: In harsh operating conditions, observe the color of the pump oil regularly.)

Check the oil level sight glass. Replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil turns from amber to black or milky white.

Proper selection of vacuum pump oil will significantly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, start-up, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.

Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure

1. Unscrew the drain valve using the gravity method, lift the pump body oil tank to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the oil drain screw. Once the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) from the vacuum pump oil filling port to flush the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly injected oil. If the oil still appears dirty, continue to inject fresh oil for flushing until it is clean.

Then, unscrew the oil drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then tighten the oil filling cap.
