Simply put, an electric valve is a valve controlled by an electric actuator to open and close the valve. It can be divided into two parts, the upper part is the electric actuator and the lower part is the valve. The action force distance is larger than that of electric valves, and the opening and closing speed of electric gate valves can be adjusted. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. During the action process, due to the buffering characteristics of the gas itself, it is not easy to be damaged due to jamming, but it requires a gas source and its control system is also more complex than that of electric valves. Electric gate valves have sensitive response, safety and reliability. Many factories with high control requirements have set up compressed air stations specifically for pneumatic instrument control components. Electric devices require electricity and can control their flow rate.
Structural characteristics of electric gate valve
① The valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing or valve body and valve cover gasket sealing structure, which is safe and reliable to use.
② The valve disc adopts a double gate plate with a universal top structure in the middle, which can automatically adjust the degree of fit between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve. At the same time, this structure is easy to maintain, saves costs, and has good interchangeability of valve discs.
③ The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy by plasma spray welding. The sealing surface has high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
④ The valve stem is made of nitriding steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
⑤ The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control of 4-20mA current input and output can also be performed.
⑥ Manual valves are opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel upon impact. Reduce valve operating force.
⑦ Valves can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the medium and its temperature.
⑧ When installing and debugging for the first time, it is necessary to manually open the valve to about half of the position to avoid damage to the valve or electrical components caused by reverse motor phase sequence connection.
