Copper valves, which are valves cast with copper, belong to industrial parts and were first developed and manufactured by Ningbo, Zhejiang.

Installation method:

1. The valve connected by pipe thread is connected to the pipe thread at the pipe end, where the internal thread can be cylindrical pipe thread or conical pipe thread, and the external thread is conical pipe thread.

2. The gate valve with internal thread connection is connected to the pipe end, and the length and size of the external thread at the pipe end need to be controlled. To prevent excessive threading of the pipe end and pressure on the inner end face of the gate valve pipe thread, which may cause deformation of the valve seat and affect the sealing performance.

3. When installing and tightening valves with pipe thread connections, the hexagonal or octagonal part of the same end of the thread should be clamped, and the hexagonal or octagonal part of the other end of the valve should not be clamped to avoid valve deformation.

4. The flange connecting the valve and the flange at the pipe end should not only be consistent with the specifications and dimensions, but also have the same nominal pressure.

5. When valve stem leakage is found during the installation and commissioning of globe valves and gate valves, tighten the packing and tighten the nut tightly, and be careful not to apply too much force to ensure no leakage.
