The valve adopts a double eccentric structure, which utilizes the wedging effect of the eccentric wheel to achieve the closure and opening of the sealing pair, thereby achieving reliable sealing pressure and rapid opening. Its advantages are as follows:

1. Due to the use of an eccentric structure, the rotation radius of all points on the sealing sphere is different. When closed, the sealing valve seat becomes tighter and forms sufficient sealing pressure, resulting in good bidirectional sealing effect.

2. The valve disc adopts a fully circular straight through structure, which has a full flow structure after opening, and has good flow and linear adjustment performance.

3. During long-term use, after wear and tear, a new seal can be obtained by adjusting the sealing ring pressure sleeve and moving the sealing spherical surface forward by an equal amount.

4. The operating force of the valve only acts within a small angle of opening or closing during use. When opening, the operating force rapidly decreases with the decrease of sealing pressure, and the sealing surface tends to be free of wear.

5. Circular flow channel, with a full flow cross-section after the valve is fully opened, and a circular streamline structure at the bottom. Sediments will be carried away with the flow of the medium. During the closing process, the dirt deposited on the sealing surface can be removed on its own without affecting the sealing.

6. The valve shaft adopts an upper and lower half shaft design, equipped with a self-lubricating shaft sleeve. During the opening process of the valve, the friction resistance is small, and the opening and closing are flexible. The unique "0" ring and floating shaft seal replace the packing seal of the original butterfly valve, solving the problem of easy loss of packing seal during valve opening.
