2、 The application materials for enterprises from other provinces to apply for registration in Chongqing:

1. To apply for new information submission for entry into Chongqing, the following documents should be submitted for verification:

(1) Application Form for Information Submission of Construction Enterprises Outside Chongqing City (Original);

(2) Notice of Appointment of Enterprise Responsible Person in Chongqing (original);

(3) Authorization Letter from the Legal Representative of the Enterprise (original, verifying the original ID card of the authorized personnel);

(4) Copy of the qualification of the construction enterprise (stamped with official seal and verified as original);

(5) Business License of Enterprise Legal Person (copy with official seal, original verified);
