Any construction project going to another province will involve filing, but the name for filing in each province is different. Some provinces call it filing, some provinces call it information registration, and some provinces call it verification manual or integrity manual. Although the name is different, the effect and meaning are the same, and they are all prerequisites for bidding construction

After the registration of construction enterprises outside Guangxi Province is approved, their information can be found by the Guangxi authorities before they can participate in bidding activities within Guangxi Province,

Registration and filing management

（1） Non local Guangxi enterprises holding the "Registration and Filing Certificate for Non local Guangxi Enterprises" issued by the Construction Department of the Autonomous Region shall participate in construction project bidding or undertake engineering business.

（2） After participating in bidding and winning the bid or signing the engineering business contract, Guangxi enterprises from outside the district shall bring the winning notice or contract to the construction administrative department in the location of the project for filing, and at the same time report to the Construction Department of the autonomous region for filing.
