Answer: Applicable to construction enterprises (including design and construction integrated enterprises, hereinafter referred to as "out of province enterprises") registered outside the administrative area of Fujian Province, who have obtained enterprise qualification certificates and undertake housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects in Fujian Province.

Should construction companies outside the province go through enterprise registration procedures before carrying out engineering construction activities in Fujian Province.

Acceptance criteria: Enterprises outside the province that can be queried on the National Construction Market Supervision Platform of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development
