Construction enterprises from other provinces should submit the following documents for filing:

1. An introduction letter or registration form for outbound construction issued by the construction administrative department of the province, city (autonomous region) where the enterprise is located;

2. Scanned copy and photocopy of the enterprise qualification certificate;

3. Copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person (for those who handle 2 or more individual or annual registrations, the original and photocopy of the business license and tax registration certificate of the Hubei branch must also be provided);

4. Original and photocopy of the copy of the enterprise safety production license;　

5. Original and photocopy of the legal representative's authorization letter and the trustee's ID card;

6. Scanned copies of appointment documents, ID cards, and professional title certificates for the person in charge of entering Hubei (project or branch manager), engineering and technical person in charge, and financial person in charge;

7. The level and number of engineering and technical personnel entering Hubei should be commensurate with the qualification level of the enterprise. The original and photocopy of the professional title certificate and work permit are required. Personnel within this category only need to provide a copy of their ID card, but must be stamped with the company seal;
