What is the material of the dust-free cloth?
Dust-free cloths are woven from polyester fibers and are used for cleaning. They are produced and packaged in a cleanroom environment, hence the name "dust-free." These cloths have a soft surface, making them suitable for wiping sensitive surfaces without shedding fibers, and they offer good water absorption and cleaning efficiency. Dust-free cloths are widely used for cleaning high-tech products such as LCD screens, semiconductor wafers, PCBs, digital camera lenses, film, and optical discs, ensuring no dust particles are produced. Polyester knitted ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth
Advantages: Abrasion-resistant, strong decontamination ability, high cleanliness. Disadvantages: No water absorbency, weak in wastewater removal, usually treated with hydrophilic agents, which then dissolve into the solvents we use.
2)涤锦Knitted Microfiber Dust-Free Wipe
Advantages: Excellent resistance to wear, strong ability to remove grease, fingerprints, and other contaminants; solvent dries quickly after wiping, high efficiency. Disadvantages: Higher cost.
3)涤锦梭织超细纤维 Dust-Free Wipe
Advantages: Strong ability to remove residual glue and dirt; Disadvantages: Weak in removing granular dirt and dust.
4) Composite non-woven ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth made of wood pulp/viscose and polyester.
Advantages: Non-woven structure with strong macroscopic decontamination capability, suitable for removing large amounts of pollutants. Disadvantages: Not highly clean, solvent breaks down into particles, cannot be used in very clean environments.
5) Full Polyester Nonwoven Ultra-Fine Fiber Dust-Free Wipe
The dust-free cloth made of nonwoven ultra-fine fibers similar to wood pulp polyester offers higher cleanliness and is slightly more durable, but it's not suitable for removing water stains due to the weak hydrophilic properties of the polyester-like material.
6) All-wood pulp nonwoven ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth
Advantages: Resistant to organic solvents, strong stain removal capability; Disadvantages: Low cleanliness, with the exception of Japan's M-3 grade which is slightly higher, the cleanliness of most Chinese wood pulp non-woven fabrics is low, prone to shedding, not suitable for use in cleanrooms above 1000 class.
