Reinforced truss deck is an improved version of the profiled deck. The reinforced truss is pre-fabricated at the back-end processing facility and can be made in predetermined lengths. It features rust prevention techniques such as sheet metal welding, silanization, pure manganese phosphatization, water washing and drying, and galvanizing, with a rust-proof film wrapping for sealing. On-site construction involves first positioning the truss deck correctly, welding the reinforcement, then welding the anchor bolts, followed by placing the on-site reinforcement for binding. After customer acceptance, concrete pouring takes place.
