1. Simple structure with minimal parts. Consequently, the failure rate of parts is low, performance is reliable, maintenance is straightforward, and the required inventory of parts is minimal.
2. Low land area requirement. Beneficial for arranging production lines in the customer's factory, and allows for a larger storage area. Palletizing robots can be set up in narrow spaces, ensuring efficient use.
3. Strong applicability. When the dimensions, volume, shape of the customer's product, or the tray's external dimensions change, simply make minor adjustments on the touch screen, without affecting the customer's normal production. In contrast, changing a mechanical stacker is quite麻烦 and often not feasible.
4. Low energy consumption. Typically, mechanical stackers have a power rating of around 26KW, while stacker robots operate at about 5KW. This significantly reduces the customer's operational costs.
5. All controls can be operated on the control cabinet screen, and the operation is very simple.
