Sintered Wear-Resistant Ceramic Lined Pipe: Made by sintering alumina ceramic tiles using the thermit-molding method, then bonded to the inner wall of the pipe to form a lining of alumina ceramic.
Self-sustaining composite pipe: Mixed in proportion (mainly iron oxide, black) ceramic powder, iron oxide powder, and magnesium oxide powder, seal both ends of the pipe, add the powder, rotate the pipe, ignite with an electronic match, and sinter it inside the pipe wall by centrifugal force.
Overall Sintered Ceramic Pipe: The ceramic powder is sintered into ceramic pipes according to molds, then combined with steel pipes. The outer wall of the ceramic pipe and the inner wall of the steel pipe are assembled by pouring a special filling material (cement or epoxy resin) into the steel pipe, followed by isostatic pressing.
