The design of the forging furnace should consider the following factors: (l) After the inner ring wall expands due to heat, it will tilt towards the direction inside the furnace, so fixed measures should be taken for the inner ring wall; (2) Excessive triangular joints in the arch will reduce the strength of the furnace roof, so the arch masonry structure should reduce the triangular joints; (3) The gap between the fixed furnace wall and the annular bottom is larger in the outer ring than in the inner ring due to the outward expansion of the annular furnace bottom after heating; (4) Heavy oil is used as fuel in the gap between the furnace wall and the furnace bottom. Seal with water seal, and tilt the bottom of the water seal groove towards the outside of the furnace to allow debris that falls into the groove of the trolley type forging furnace to naturally gather on the outside of the water tank, which is generally at a height suitable for material installation, for easy removal.
