The tilting trolley furnace, also known as the tilting trolley furnace due to the tilting of the loading trolley, has the main advantage of allowing workpieces to be automatically flipped into the quenching tank by the loading trolley when they are taken out of the furnace at high temperatures, so as to quickly quench them. This effectively reduces the slow speed, low efficiency, and safety caused by manual operations such as lifting and transferring workpieces. Simultaneously flipping the trolley furnace can be used for various normalizing and annealing processes at medium temperatures of 950 ℃ or high temperatures of 1200 ℃.
