The well type heating furnace is used for uniform annealing, tempering, heating and other heat treatments of general metal parts at low temperatures. It is a conventional tempering treatment equipment with good tempering effect and relatively energy saving. It can also be used for stress relief or annealing heat treatment. The furnace bottom lining is made of lightweight clay bricks and heavy anti carburizing masonry, the furnace wall lining is a composite furnace lining structure, the refractory layer is made of lightweight clay bricks, and the insulation layer is made of ceramic fiber cotton or clay bricks. Each layer has been optimized and designed. Stainless steel hooks are prefabricated inside the refractory layer for the installation of resistance wires and strips.
