1. The outer shell of the furnace body is welded into a frame structure using section steel and steel plates

3. The heating element adopts the high resistance alloy OC2L5 resistance strip produced by Shanghai Electric Alloy Factory and is arranged on the furnace side.

4. The furnace body is made of high-purity aluminum silicate fiber cotton pressed into plates, and the furnace wall is suspended with a resistance strip for heating. The main features of this structure are energy saving, high heating efficiency, and the ability to quickly raise the temperature. And it is not easily damaged. The heating element on the furnace wall is an OCr2L5 resistor strip.

5. The bottom of the furnace is constructed with high alumina refractory bricks due to its load-bearing capacity. The core of the furnace is heated inside and outside using a large ring with a small ring. This not only increases the uniformity of the furnace temperature, but also reduces the power consumption of the furnace. At the same time, it reduces the configuration power of the furnace, making the utilization space of the transformer larger. Due to the absence of resistance wires at the bottom, we added chromium manganese nitrogen pad iron on top to increase the circulation of furnace temperature in the middle of the ring.

6. The furnace cover adopts hydraulic lifting and automatic movement controlled by a motor.

7. The control adopts a color LCD paperless recorder for recording, which replaces the conventional medium length chart paper recorder. Due to the multiple temperature zones of large well furnaces, medium length chart paper multi-point recorders were mostly used in the past. However, this recorder is prone to random dots, often unable to form a straight line and causing a sky full of stars, which makes customers very dissatisfied with the process curve. At the same time, fax is inconvenient because the paper is too wide. The advantage of a color LCD paperless recorder is clear display, with optional numbers, curves, and bar charts. The working date and time are clear at a glance, and the deviation temperature can be adjusted. It can be printed or emailed to the user using the equipped USB drive.

2. Dual protection control of contactors and thyristors. The bidirectional control of contactors and thyristors is also specially designed by us, which compensates for the weaknesses in each other's control. Controllable thyristors have high temperature control accuracy, but they are prone to breakdown and fail to close, with conduction and leakage phenomena, which can easily harm workers and cause equipment overheating and damage; The safety of the contactor is relatively good, as it can shut off the electricity by turning it off. However, the temperature control accuracy is not enough, which can easily cause a buffer in the furnace temperature. Therefore, the combination of the two for control is ideal and reasonable, and it is also my crystallization over the years.
