The peripheral transmission concentrator drive device is equipped with an over twist protection mechanism, which makes the operation safer and more automatic. The transmission device has been optimized for higher efficiency and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. It can further separate the free water in the concentrated sewage mixture, reduce the sludge volume, improve the sludge concentration effect, and help improve the sedimentation and rolling efficiency. The size, material, and other configurations of the equipment can be determined according to user needs
4、 Structure and working principle:
The peripheral drive thickener is mainly composed of main beam (working bridge), central support and power collection device, driving device, mud scraping and collection device, scum scraper, flow stabilizing tube, floating plate, small scraper, strip, overflow device and control cabinet. The central support consists of a fixed support seat, a rotating bearing, and a frame, which can simultaneously withstand axial force, axial force, and overturning moment. The collector device adopts a slip ring type collector, consisting of a collector ring and an electric frame. The slag scraper, slag plate, and floating funnel form a slag moving mechanism, which can effectively remove floating slag on the water surface. The main beam is a large component connecting the central support and the walking end, with a walkway plate and railing on it. The lower part of the steel beam is connected to the scraper frame, cleaning mechanism, and small scraper. The scraper and scraping work are completed under the driving of the walking end beam.
