The BTYSQF vertical flow air flotation device is mainly used in sewage treatment projects with a treatment capacity of less than 50m3/h, to remove SS and oil from water and achieve the goal of water purification. Its application process is basically the same as the BTYCQF high-efficiency shallow air flotation device, with only a difference in processing capacity.
The BTYPGF type is a square pool body, with one end receiving water and the other end receiving water. It functions similarly to a vertical flow type and is made of steel plates. It is generally used in sewage treatment projects with a water treatment capacity of 20-100m3/h. The scum scraping relies on a scraper.

3、 Working principle and structure
Dissolved gas water enters from the bottom of the pool, while sewage flows into the separation hood inside the pool from the top. The two are completely mixed, and the dissolved gas water forms a large number of tiny bubbles through the release device. Under the adhesion and carrying of the bubbles, it forms a group with a density smaller than water with suspended solids, quickly surfacing to form floating slag. After being scraped off by the skimming device, it flows into the slag tank and is discharged outside the pool.
