
Scope of application:The BTYJJ type accelerated clarification tank agitator scraper is mainly used for water clarification in urban water plants and sewage treatment plants. The BTYJJ type accelerated clarification tank scraper is selected according to the different suspended solids content in the inlet water. When the suspended solids content in the inlet water is below 1000mg/L, no mechanical scraper device is required. When the suspended solids content is between 1000-5000mg/L, mechanical scraper equipment must be installed. When the suspended solids content exceeds 5000mg/L, a sedimentation tank must be set up in front of the clarification tank to ensure the treatment effect of the tank.
The overall working principle consists of variable speed drive, lifting impeller, mixing blade, flow regulating device, and other parts. Generally, JZT electromagnetic speed regulating motors are used to adjust the reflux rate and mixing intensity according to changes in the inlet water quality and quantity. Due to the action of lifting the impeller, the liquid in the pool forms two types of circulating flows. The mechanical reaction is completed by the blade at the lower part of the lifting impeller in the first reaction, causing the flocculent particles generated by the mixing of chemicals to collide with the original alum flowers in the reflux and adsorb, forming larger flocculent particles, which are then extended to the second reaction chamber. Under the action of the diversion baffle, the flow direction of the liquid is transformed into a mixed flow of axial and radial directions, increasing the turbulence level and further generating flocculation reaction. Then, through the outlet window, it returns to the clarification zone for separation. The clear water rises, and most of the sludge returns to the first reaction chamber from the lower part of the clarification zone. A portion of the sludge flows back with water, while the remaining is scraped out (with a scraper) or discharged (inorganic) outside the pool. According to the different diameters of the clarification tank, the structural arrangement of the mixer and scraper can be divided into two forms.
A: Sleeve type central drive mixer and scraper. Below 17 meters (600M3/h) in diameter.
B: Separate transmission agitator and mud mixer. From 19.5 meters to 29 meters (800M3/h-1800M3/h).
