4、 Construction and working process
The driving type mud scraper consists of a working bridge, a hoisting mechanism, a scraping arm, a mud plate, a driving mechanism, and a system control. The driving type mud scraper is supported by a four point walking beam and spans across a horizontal sedimentation tank. It is driven on both sides of the tank, and steel rails are laid on both sides of the tank. The platform track of the mud turning machine runs from one end to the other. During operation, the mud board sweetens the mud and sand into the collection tank. On the return journey, the sweet arm and mud board hoisting mechanism complete one stroke at the bottom of the pool, and the mud making machine returns to its starting position. The travel switches at both ends control its reciprocating operation and accompanying time, which is controlled by the time energy appliance according to the amount of pollution
