1Usage of blow pipe muffler:

Steam blowing is a quick and convenient method for eliminating debris and engineering residues in pipelines. To meet the high temperature and high pressure requirements of steam during steam blowing of the unit, the blowing pipe muffler can be used repeatedly while reducing noise and ensuring safety. To ensure the safe use of the muffler, measures and requirements for strength, differential expansion, displacement, drainage, rust allowance, and protection against block debris are formulated and met in the structure of the muffler.

2、 Characteristics of blow pipe muffler:

1. The inlet part of the blow pipe muffler and the first stage throttle cylinder are made of alloy steel 12Cr1MoV, the second stage throttle cylinder is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the outer shell is made of 20g/carbon steel.

2. Suitable for harsh working environments, the working medium may contain water, iron impurities (particle size up to Φ 30mm), and engineering residues.

3. The noise reduction can reach 20dB to 40 dB (A). Suitable for (blowing method): pressure stabilizing blowing tube, pressure reducing blowing tube, oxygen adding blowing tube.

4. When designing and manufacturing, it is necessary to follow the technical regulations of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels".
