1: Overview of Sampling Coolers
The sampling cooler is used for cooling the sampling of steam and water in boiler rooms or power plants, that is, for heat exchange of high-temperature liquids and gases and other media. Most of the water in boilers and thermal systems has a high temperature, which is not conducive to sampling, testing, and analysis. Therefore, it should be cooled during sampling by introducing the sample from the sampling point into the sampling cooler for cooling. When sampling, it is generally required to ensure that the sample temperature can be cooled from 450 ° C to below 30-40 ° C at a flow rate of 500-700mL/min, meeting the standard of DL/T457-91 in the power industry of the People's Republic of China.

2: Structural characteristics of sampling cooler
Sampling cooler products generally adopt a serpentine tube surface cooling structure. The sampling tubes are all made of stainless steel, which avoids contamination of the samples by metal corrosion products in the tubes during the sampling process.
The types of sampling coolers include single function sampling coolers and combination sampling coolers, which have the advantages of compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and long service life.
