Description

1、 Industrial water filter:

Along the water supply pipes in industries such as power plants, chemicals, printing and dyeing, and papermaking, various impurities such as industrial waste, floating grass, fish and shrimp, snails, etc. exist in the water due to different sources of water intake from rivers, lakes, and seas. Sometimes, before entering the water supply system, simple fence filtration is used, and those with better conditions are treated with a primary filter. However, there are still some small impurities in the treated water. When they accumulate to a certain extent in the water supply system and are not cleared, it will lead to a decrease in the flow area, blockage, and in severe cases, shutdown, posing a threat to safe operation. Considering various factors such as economy, convenience, and maintenance, our company's designed and manufactured series of backwash industrial water filters can meet user requirements and solve the above-mentioned problems.

2. Structure and Instructions for Industrial Water Filters:

(1) The industrial water filter consists of ① rotating shaft, ② positioning rod, ③ support shell, ④ mesh core, ⑤ inlet, ⑥ outlet, and ⑦ discharge outlet (see figure). Generally, the water quality is freshwater type, and the filter screen and internal main components are made of ordinary stainless steel material. If it is seawater or has a strong acid-base type, special stainless steel material is used.

(2) After the industrial water filter enters the pipeline system, water will enter the filter through the inlet, and the filtered water will flow out from the outlet. When impurities in the water can pass through the mesh core, they will be trapped on the mesh core due to their larger volume than the mesh core holes. When they accumulate to a certain amount, there will be a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. At this time, the mesh core can be rotated for automatic backwashing, and the impurities will be discharged from the discharge outlet by themselves. This cycle can be repeated, and users can automatically backwash and discharge pollutants according to the amount of impurities in the water at regular intervals.

3. Scope of use of industrial water filters

Installed on the side of DN500 and below water supply pipes in various industries such as power plants, chemicals, printing and dyeing, and papermaking, it is a small water filter that can replace secondary filters. It can be selected with arbitrary precision and has many advantages such as small volume, low cost, and large filtration flow rate; Especially suitable for branch pipelines supplying water to the main pipeline, it has advantages that secondary filters cannot match. In general, there is no need to increase the power source, just manually rotate the handle according to the position marked by the product, and the several filter chambers inside the water filter can be cleaned one by one, thus achieving the purpose of automatic backwashing and filtering of impurities in the water.

2、 Industrial fully automatic water filter:

The automatic cleaning water filter can filter weeds, plastic film, paper scraps, suspended solids, etc. in water, and can automatically clean the filter screen continuously or intermittently according to the water quality situation in various places, keeping the mesh surface clean regularly. It is currently one of the water filtration equipment in China, suitable for various water filtration occasions.

2. Structure description:

(1) The transmission mechanism adopts a two-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and the water filter rotates flexibly. The control system adopts PLD programming to automatically program or intermittently backwash the water filter.

(2) The sealing between the bottom of the filter core and the support plate has been changed from the original rubber skin to a hard seal, which can prevent debris larger than 2mm from flowing from the bottom to the outlet end, ensuring the filtering capacity of the filter.

(3) Considering the high sediment content in the water under certain conditions, the upper bearing shaft seat adopts a double sealing type, and the water side is sealed to prevent sediment. Two skeleton sealing rings are used to prevent sediment from entering the shaft sleeve and wear the shaft, and four packing seals are used on the outer side.

(4) Try to install an overflow pipe at the upper shaft seat to ensure no leakage and civilized production.

(5) Both the upper and lower shaft sleeves are detachable, making it easy to replace without disassembling the cylinder

3、 LSG type pipeline direct connected water filter:

The structure of the LSG series water filter is shown in the figure, with a filtration area of 2.5-3 times the flow area. There are many small holes on the annular stainless steel plate. The main circuit is a double-layer structure, and the backwash circuit is a single-layer structure, which can achieve high strength. All of them are made of stainless steel, with a reasonable structure, excellent performance, durability, and easy replacement of the filter element. Please indicate whether it is the main circuit or the bypass (i.e. backwash) when placing an order.

4、 LSD type straight through water filter:

1. Purpose:

LSD type straight through water filter is suitable for medium filtration in condensate pumps, feed water pumps, industrial water pumps, closed water pump systems, and can also be used as a pipe side filter screen to filter mechanical debris, suspended solids, etc. in the pipe side. It can also clean the filter screen according to the pressure difference to keep it clean. The inlet filter screen of this type of pump has a large flow rate.

5、 Precision water filter

1. Overview:

The precision laser water filter is a high-tech product developed and produced in accordance with the provisions of Article 11.3.1.1 and 11.3.1.2 of the "25 Key Requirements for Preventing Major Accidents in Power Production" issued by the State Power Corporation. The filter screen of the generator's internal cooling water system needs to replace steel wire, copper wire filter screen, etc. with a new type of stainless steel plate filter screen punched by laser to prevent the filter screen from breaking into the generator coil. Its product features a microporous mesh plate punched by high-intensity laser, which can block impurities and particles from entering the generator wire rod and prevent accidents caused by wire rod blockage due to impurity accumulation.

2. Characteristics:

(1) High security. Eliminating the hidden danger of blockage of the internal cooling water line rod caused by broken filter screens.

(2) For the filtration of large generators and turbine oil systems, it can also prevent debris from the front filter screen. So it also applies to power plant oil systems.

(3) High precision and good uniformity. Due to the use of laser drilling, the accuracy and uniformity of the mesh holes exhibit very regular characteristics.

(4) High strength and corrosion resistance. The material of the laser mesh ensures stable operation under high-intensity and high impact water flow, while also having excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Technical specifications:

(1) The diameter of micropores can be as small as 0.2mm, but considering water resistance factors, it is generally recommended to be 0.3mm. It can also be as large as 0.5mm.

(2) Flow ratio. The ratio of the diameter area of the inlet and outlet of a precision water filter to the flow area of the internal filter element is recommended to be 1:4. For some water with high impurities and poor flow conditions, it can be appropriately increased.

4. Styling:

Based on the customer's on-site dimensions and meeting the flow ratio requirements, we tailor different forms of water filters for the customer, such as high inlet and low outlet, oblique insertion, side inlet and middle outlet, etc.

6、 Instructions for use:

(1) When installing the water filter into the system welding flange, be careful not to splash welding slag onto the filter element during the welding process.

(2) Clean the piping system thoroughly before testing.

(3) When testing water, first open the inlet valve, close the outlet valve, and open the drain valve.

(4) When the drain valve is discharged, close it and open the outlet valve to put it into normal operation.

7、 Cleaning instructions:

(1) If the system is dirty when starting the test run, you can open the upper flange of the water filter and gently remove the filter core after walking through the water for two or three times.

(2) After removing the filter element, immerse it in clean water and clean the outside of the filter element with a soft bristled brush. When cleaning, be careful not to hit the filter element body with hard objects.

(3) Open the bottom valve and clean the internal organs of the filter cartridge.

(4) Gently insert the filter element into the filter cartridge, place the gasket and flange cover, and tighten the bolts.

(5) After normal operation, if the water quality is good, it can be cleaned once every six months to one year according to the above procedure.
