Our company's R&D Center for Ceramic Packaging Tubes was established in September 2021, focusing on the research and production of various ceramic packaging shells. The department currently possesses technology in ceramic tape casting, multilayer ceramic processing, sintering, and surface treatment. As the material for the third-generation vacuum device shells, ceramic tubes are widely used in laser devices, microwave radio frequency, optical communications, power devices, and mixed integrated circuit components.
