Our company's Ceramic Package Shell Research Center was established in September 2021, focusing on the research and production of various ceramic package shells. The department currently possesses technology in ceramic tape casting, multi-layer ceramic processing, multi-layer ceramic sintering, and surface treatment. As the material for the third-generation vacuum device packages, ceramic packages are widely applicable in fields such as lasers, microwave radio frequency, optical communications, power devices, and hybrid integrated circuit devices.
