Our company's Ceramic Package Shell Research Center was established in September 2021, focusing on the research and production of various ceramic package shells. The department currently possesses technology for ceramic tape casting, multilayer ceramic processing, sintering, and surface treatment. As the material for the third-generation vacuum device package, ceramic shells are widely applicable in laser devices, microwave radio frequency, optical communication, power devices, and hybrid integrated circuit components.
