This type of fan features an integral plate welding structure, primarily composed of the following components: 1. Impeller. The impeller is the heart of the entire fan, and thus, the blade design of this model is optimized according to the latest high-efficiency fan theory.
I. Defects of Traditional Fans
The exhaust fan features a traditional horizontal structure, with the blade wheel and casing not sealed properly, leading to oil accumulation at the bottom of the casing and severe oil leakage between the blade shaft and the casing. The fan is a standard centrifugal fan, suffering either from insufficient power or excessive vacuum, causing water to enter the oil, emulsification of turbine oil, rusting of the oil pipeline system, malfunctioning of regulating components, and posing a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit. Due to excessive vacuum, a large amount of turbine oil is extracted, resulting in oil spewing from the exhaust outlet, causing waste and affecting the civilized production of the power plant. Additionally, because of the excessive vacuum, a large volume of steam from the shaft seal leaks into the bearing housing and then flows back into the main oil tank through the return oil main pipe, condensing into water during the return process. This water contamination in the turbine oil leads to emulsification, endangering the safe production of the unit. Furthermore, traditional fans only consider installing exhaust equipment on the main oil tank, neglecting the bearing housing, causing easy accumulation of oil smoke inside, leading to oil leakage through the oil baffles. Therefore, it is imperative to modify the exhaust fan.
Section II: Advantages of GXP Exhaust Ventilation Series Equipment
1. Variable output, with a smooth P-Q curve, ensuring the main oil tank and bearing box operate under slight negative pressure.
2. The impeller and housing are made of different materials, eliminating sparks and ensuring long-lasting durability.
3. Triple structural separation ensures complete separation of grease and smoke, protecting the production environment and meeting the requirements for civilized production.
4. The complete unit features a maintenance-free design, saving material consumption and reducing the workload for maintenance personnel.
