Condenser Feedwater System Retrofit Technology
I. Overview
Based on the thermodynamic theory of "equivalent enthalpy drop method," we supplement the original deaerator's chemical make-up water with our company-designed and manufactured "mechanical swirl atomizing nozzle" into the condenser.
II. Advantages
1. The reheating economy is significantly improved, with the comprehensive coal consumption rate able to drop by 1-3g/KW·h. Chemical make-up water is added to the condenser, flows through the shaft seal cooler, then the low-pressure heater, and finally reaches the deaerator. This process increases the low-grade extraction steam volume and reduces the high-grade extraction steam volume, enhancing the work done by this part of steam in the turbine. At the same time, it reduces the heat absorption deviation of the make-up water, improves the heat exchange efficiency, and significantly enhances the reheating effect.
2. The condenser performs vacuum deoxygenation for chemical make-up water, enhancing the deoxygenation capability of the entire regenerative system.
3. Enhanced heat exchange, reduced exhaust gas temperature, and improved unit vacuum. Moreover, the effect is significant when the make-up water temperature is lower than the exhaust gas temperature, which is both economical and beneficial for the unit to handle load (the conventional make-up water temperature at power plants is between 20-38°C).
