Overview
The ARC LCD Display Power Factor Automatic Compensation Controller is at the core of high-performance MCU, paired with high-precision power chips, serving as a compensator that samples reactive power as the physical quantity. This controller operates reliably in any harsh power grid environment, including high harmonic content, non-sinusoidal current, and strong interference. Its unique adaptive function ensures the safe use of power capacitors, achieving automatic stable switching of capacitor compensation cabinets, effectively improving the power factor of the power grid, making it the ideal choice for reactive power compensation controllers in low-voltage distribution systems.
Feature:
Large-screen color LCD display, with Chinese language support, graphical interface, menu operations, and settings; data retention during power outage.
Displays voltage, current, power factor, reactive power, and active power of the power grid; shows the content of each harmonic.
Display the operating status of capacitors and the capacitor groups available for operation; show the on/off status of each capacitor group.
It can perform both isochoric and proportional switching.
Equipped with various operating modes including automatic control and manual operation; for capacitors of the same capacity, switching is determined by reactive capacity, and capacitors are selected for balanced switching based on the number of operations.
When grid voltage is too high or too low, the capacitor is automatically disconnected, an alarm is triggered, and locked. The system can automatically resume operation after the fault is cleared.
The device is equipped with various protection functions including power-on protection, power-off protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, under-current protection, and harmonic excess protection.
Each output channel is programmable for capacity.
Application Range: Suitable for reactive power compensation in low-voltage distribution systems, compatible with static capacitor banks (cabinets) at voltage levels below 400V or 660V.
