Product Features
Function: The low-voltage composite switch is a product used for connecting and disconnecting capacitors in low-voltage reactive compensation systems. Its basic working principle involves paralleling a thyristor and a magnetic latching relay, controlled by an internal microcontroller. During the moment of connection and disconnection, the thyristor handles zero-crossing switching, followed by the magnetic latching relay to maintain operation. The composite switch combines the advantages of zero-crossing switching without surge current with the low power consumption characteristic of AC contactors.
