1. The switching power supply for the touch screen should have redundant output power, with a recommended DC24V output power of over 15W.

2. Clarify the upstream and downstream connections on the communication adapter, with upstream (ports 3.4) and downstream (ports 1.2).

3. When updating the touch screen program by yourself, please follow the operation steps strictly and do not click randomly.

4. Once the program download is complete, promptly remove the USB drive containing the update package.
