Learning Content:

1. Learn the principles and usage methods of electric motor repair tools.

2. Study the construction and principle of single-phase and three-phase AC asynchronous motors. Analyze the wiring principles and patterns of three-phase, single-phase, multi-speed, submersible pump, and series motor. Draw exploded views, wiring diagrams, and prepare theoretically for the stator winding of overhaul motors. In terms of operational skills, learn and practice simultaneously, including dismantling old windings, recording data, setting molds, winding coils, inserting wires, connecting, varnishing, assembling, experimenting, and mastering the process flow of overhaul motor repair.

3. Stator winding fault repair for electric motors. Rotor winding fault repair for electric motors. Repair of three-phase motor winding disconnection, winding, replacement, drying, and insulation treatment.

4. Use of motor testing equipment, motor repair, disassembly, and troubleshooting.

5. Welding machine winding disconnection, winding, drying, repair, single-phase motor winding disconnection, winding, wire replacement.

6. Basic operations for motor component repairs, including marking and drilling holes.

Class Start Time:On the 1st and 16th of each month. Also available for on-the-spot learning. Just bring your ID card to the school for registration, and accommodation will be arranged by the school for free.

Certifiable Documents:Upon passing the exam, a "Electrician's License" is issued, valid nationwide, and verifiable on the national grid. It is an effective qualification for a company to undertake motor maintenance services.
