Product Introduction
Fluorosilicone low molecular weight, strong penetration paint. This product is jointly developed by our company and universities, featuring an organic fluorosilicone polymer processed through special technology. It employs NC0 termination and pre-embedded multifunctional active groups in the chain segments, which self-crosslink and form an [Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN)] in the presence of oxygen and water molecules. This allows the anti-corrosion paint to penetrate the surface of the protected object, filling in surface depressions. The anti-corrosion paint achieves a firm bond with the protected object, forming a dense protective layer.
Product Features
Withstanding extreme temperatures from -50℃ to 300℃, suitable for construction in -50℃ environments.
Corrosion-resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, high temperatures and pressures, and resistant to H₂S, CO₂ corrosion.
Adhesion Level 0, no cracking or peeling
Good flexibility, shock-resistant, and highly wear-resistant.
